The #slowdogmovement is all about engagement and education. We endeavour to hold community and educational events as often as possible for a wee team of six and also welcome collaboration with our like-minded dog colleagues and friends. If you have an idea and would like to partner with us, please get in touch.
Our event speakers have been an eclectic mix of professionals, ranging from Carl Honoré, the ‘father of the Slow Movement’ to Dr Risë VanFleet, author, dog behaviourist and Animal Assisted Play Therapy professional, as well as our very own directors and close colleagues. What they all have in common, is their focus on the human/dog relationship and dog health and how we can improve these integral elements through slowing down and observing and connecting with our dogs.
